I'm Zack, a support engineer and full-stack developer currently making the move from Austin, TX to San Francisco. By day, I troubleshoot complex fintech infrastructure at Q2 — digging into SQL, APIs, and system integrations to find root causes fast. By night (and in a former life), I build things: websites, automations, and pipelines that actually solve problems. I've co-founded a gym, run an online training business, and built the digital infrastructure for both from scratch. That mix of technical depth and real-world business ownership shapes how I think about software — it should work cleanly, scale practically, and serve the people using it. If that sounds like someone you'd want on your team, let's talk.
